Registration will open Friday, November 29, and close on Friday, January 31. Seats are limited!
Description:
Students: Sessions will be offered that will meet the needs of both current child life students as well as those considering the child life field. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about compassion fatigue & identifying personal boundaries, applications and portfolios, medical play, and bereavement; and ask questions during a panel discussion.
Educators: Educators will be able to earn 1.0 PDU from the Keynote Presentation and attend a focused discussion on the rising mental health concerns occuring on college campuses that is then becoming a concern as these students are moved on to practicums and internships.

$20 GLACLP Student Member
$30 Non-GLACLP Student Member
$15 GLACLP Member Educator
$25 Non-Member Educator
NOTICE: If cancellation occurs, the refund process is as follows: up to 2 weeks before symposium GLACLP will offer a 50% refund of registration fees. If cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks prior to the symposium date, no refund will be given unless cancellation is due to a death or medical emergency and documentation must be provided. A refund cannot be given on the processing fee cost.
Scholarship Opportunity:
We are excited to announce we will be offering a Student Symposium Scholarship to two student members for the 2020 Student Symposium. Scholarships will open on November 29 and are due December 29th. The application must be emailed to childlife.glaclp@gmail.com with the subject “Symposium Scholarship Application.”

Food:
A light breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided. Lunch options include:
- McAllister’s Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap (wrap, spud chips, cookie, pickle)
- McAllister’s Veggie Wrap (wrap, spud chips, cookie, pickle)
- Coney Island Coney Dog (1), McAllister’s Nacho Bar, and Cookie
- Coney dog and nacho bar toppings will be on the side to top on your own

Parking:
- Enter from Cook Road.
- Turn left at the 4th or 5th driveway.
- Drive through and park in the parking lot that is closest to Lima Road (Those are the Parkview parking spaces.)
- Enter the building via the south entrance (Door 5).
